Time Clock Software Version 4.011: Making Exceptions... Exceptionally Easy!
We are pleased to introduce a powerful new feature in Lauranka's Attendance Software.
The Exceptions Feature. This tool automatically identifies, and highlights exceptions related to employees' worked hours, saving you time and reducing the need for manual tracking.

Here’s what the Missing Punches/Exceptions feature tracks:
- Missed Punches: When an employee fails to clock in or out.
- Non-Working Day: When an employee works on a day that is typically not part of their regular schedule.
- Leave Day Work: When an employee works on a day they are scheduled to be on leave.
- Statutory Holiday Worked: When an employee works on a statutory holiday.
- Statutory Holiday on a Non-Working Day: When a statutory holiday falls on a day that is not part of the employee's usual working schedule.
- Variation in Working Hours: When an employee works more or less than their standard hours.
Time Clock Software Version 4.007: Is Biometric Consent Required?
We are excited to introduce a COOL new feature in our Attendance Software that now requires an organization to confirm if consent is required to use employee biometric data, and if so that it has been obtained.
By adding this feature, not only will it help organizations stay compliant and meet their obligations, but it also builds trust with employees by actively including them in the consent process - Learn More.
Time Clock Software Version 4.000: This release has a number of updates with it's primary focus that we have re-jigged the licensing to now allow for updates via a simple code to change Employee Capacity and Module options.
The Software has also been rebranded from Lauranka Time Clock Series 3 to Lauranka Time Clock Sigma. As part of this update, we have also now made the software accessible via a simple download from our website for both updates and new installs.
Licensing has also changed along with how we charge it out. Now for all new clients (or existing clients who wish to move across) only a PSA (product Support Agreement) Fee is charged, which can be billed either monthly or annually.
Additionally we have also provided the option to enhance login security to now allow for both a Username and Password if desired. To learn more how to activate this option click here.
